John Maxwell describes a coach as “…someone who can come alongside you and can correct and support you without criticizing. A coach is a word that means ‘come alongside’. Come alongside and share together, teach, listen and lead.”

Through coaching, my goal is to truly understand you, and know where you’re “come from”. Imagine having someone who understands your perspective and has ability to put themselves in your shoes, and think how you think! We will get started by first level setting where you are emotionally and mentally, followed by the layering in a new perspective allowing you to flex your mind opening a path for growth. As your coach, I will gain insights to what you are going through, help cast light on things to come, and help you navigate the path ahead.

There is a wonderful African Proverb, and although know it is true, took me years to truly appreciate. It is my own truth found in this proverb that drover me to dedicate myself to supporting my own personal growth and the growth of others! The proverb states, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Are you ready for coaching? Ask yourself these questions, truly challenge your own responses, and then lets talk! (1) What was the last thing you did you develop yourself personally or professionally? (2) When was the last time you invested in your own growth? (3) Did others notice the growth?

This coaching maintains a focus on one-on-one support in a private space where all discussions are kept in strict confidence. While we work together, we will be focused on helping you identify and articulate your purpose, frame your vision, and set goals to help you achieve greater success!

Coaching is not a cookie cutter approach and is expected to be a fully unique process tailored per individual. Together, we will establish a plan suited to your personal needs while providing a balance in interaction promoting accountability.

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them”
Albert Einstein

I use group level coaching to gain inputs surrounding the varying degrees of thinking providing a dynamic experience resulting in ideas and solutions which can exceed individual contributions to group needs. Whether you’re navigating an obstacle or simply looking for team growth and support, I believe there is no better way to quickly set course than to work within a group coaching setting.

I will work with your and your team onsite or via webinar/video while providing a setting that not only builds a cohesiveness across the group, but empowers others, and arguably most important, nurturing. This experience is again tailored the group and would follow a similar approach as what is taken during an academic think tank.

The goal of coaching is the goal of good management – to make the most of an organization’s valuable resources.” Harvard Business Review

Leaders are more powerful role models when they learn than when they teach.” Rosabeth Moss Kanter, Harvard Business School

What better way to pave a path for growth for yourself and others than to engage in dialogue with others who have either “been there and done that” and/or are presently experiencing something similar as you! A mastermind opens an opportunity for you to interact with others you may not ordinarily get to, in an informal setting which combines concepts of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen business and personal skills.

Growth is far easier while working together, so why go it alone?

Some of the many benefits and what to expect out of a Mastermind Group:

Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you.” Henry Ward Beecher
